Show Notes

Nobody likes to hear the words downsizing or layoff when it pertains to business. As we all know, though, stuff happens. So, how do you handle it when it does? There may not be a definite answer to this question, but there are experienced opinions. And this episode is full of them!

Denise opens up about her past encounters with internal business restructuring, the anxiety that those what ifs can cause, practical recommendations on how businesses can address tough situations, and the importance of transparency and inclusion when laying off positions.
