Maintaining Mental Health as an Entrepreneur
Show Notes

As business owners and entrepreneurs, it can be easy to be obsessive about our work and forget to take care of ourselves and the other aspects of life. Join us and Colin McIntosh of Sheets and Giggles as we discuss steps you can take to optimize your mental health! Our work is important, but it should be viewed as a means to an end, not the desired outcome itself. We explore the importance of taking steps to improve and maintain your mental well-being, and how optimizing your mental health can make you a more effective business owner and entrepreneur.
